Citi Merchant Offers
Citi Merchant Offers is Citi’s card-linked offer surface for targeted Citi accounts. Eligible cardholders can review merchant offers, enroll before purchase, and receive cash back or statement credits after qualifying transactions.
Coming soon: Citi Merchant Offers coverage is currently in progress. We are working to validate the data and will add Citi offers when coverage is ready.
How It Usually Works
- 1Sign in to Citi Online or the Citi Mobile app and open Products & Offers or the Merchant Offers page.
- 2Choose the Citi card or account that has visible Merchant Offers.
- 3Open an offer, review its terms, and enroll before making the purchase.
- 4Pay with the enrolled Citi card and wait for the qualifying credit or cash back to post according to the offer terms.
Eligibility and Stacking Notes
Citi Merchant Offers are targeted and may not appear for every Citi card or account. Users should confirm availability after signing in; some cards, including some co-branded cards, may show no Merchant Offers. The active tracked cards below follow Citi’s current public credit card catalog, with closed-to-new-application products noted separately for existing cardholders.
Citi Merchant Offers can sit alongside normal card rewards, but individual offers may restrict stacking with other card-linked, dining, or shopping programs.
Common Exclusions
- Cards or accounts where Citi does not show the Merchant Offers tab
- Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi and Costco Anywhere Visa Business Card by Citi
- Offers that were not enrolled before purchase
- Transactions outside the merchant, channel, spend, date, or redemption limits in the offer terms
